The Victoria- my newest little creations

I recently rebuilt my entire sewing studio (I'll upload some photos soon).  My old room was so unproductive and not easy to get around.  Soooo...now that I have my new special place I have been WAY more productive and excited about getting to work. These little clutches have been my latest focus.  They all have two pockets/card slots inside and most are either detailed with vintage lace or have been made with vintage fabrics.  You can see more in my shop.

Thomas Girl Clutch

So, I've been watching a lot of the first season of Mad Men while sewing lately, and was also wondering what to do with some great flannel wool fabric my aunt gave me last month while cleaning out her house.  Voila!  A clutch that is both inspired by my aunt and mother (their maiden name was Thomas) and Peggy Olson's mousy character from Mad Men.  It's practical, has pockets (yay!), and is made from recycled and vintage material.  Hopefully, it will spark inspiration for a whole new sensible line of clutches.
